Hi, my name is Ying Liu, and I’m here to help you with all your piano needs!

I fell in love and started to play piano when I was eight years old and graduated from Henan University (China) with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Pedagogy in 1999. I began my professional piano teaching career in 2002 at SIAS International University until I moved to Canada in 2011.

Once in Canada, I studied at and became a registered piano teacher at the Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) in Toronto, one of the largest and most respected music institutions in the world. With renewed knowledge and teaching techniques, I currently teach piano and music theory at schools, in private homes, and online. I work with both children and adults. Every year, those who choose to take part in the RCM exams have consistently achieved the highest scores.

In addition to teaching, I also work as a chorus pianist. I love music and I believe music is for everyone.
